Do I need prior experience?
No — most of our guests are first-timers. Every tour starts with a short on-land briefing, and your guide stays with the group for the whole session. Dubai's morning water is calm and beginner-friendly, and most people are standing and paddling within minutes.
Who can join? Is there an age limit?
Almost everyone. We recommend ages 8 and up (children paddle with an adult), and you should be comfortable in the water — basic swimming ability is required. Life vests are provided and worn on every tour. Women-only and private group sessions are available on request — just ask when booking.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you choose between a full refund and a free reschedule.

How can I pay?
Reservations are confirmed on WhatsApp. We accept cash on arrival, card, and payment links sent before your session.

What should I bring, and what's provided?
We provide the board, paddle, leash, life vest, and instruction. Bring swimwear or clothes you don't mind getting wet, a towel, sunscreen, and water. A change of clothes is handy, and we'll keep your phone and valuables safe on shore.
